Monica has been with Scottsdale Ear, Nose and Throat since the summer of 2020. She worked her way up from being the front desk receptionist to a medical assistant, and now is the clinic manager. She completed her master’s degree in Healthcare Innovation from Arizona State University in December 2021 and has since obtained her certification in medical coding. Her experience gives her a unique ability to answer patient questions regarding their treatment plan, upcoming surgery, or insurance billing, among other things.
