Last Update: March 17, 2020

At Scottsdale Ear, Nose & Throat, the health and wellbeing of patients have been at the foundations of this award-winning clinic since 1997.

As your local physicians and medical providers, COVID-19 has been closely monitored and appropriate steps have been taken with immediate effect to serve the needs of the community and protect vulnerable populations.

As of March 17, 2020, a four-step protocol is now in place for all patients.

Hand Washing on Arrival
All patients must wash their hands upon arrival before entering our office as clearly marked on the office door, you will then be asked to use the hand sanitizer upon entering

Patient Screening upon Arrival
You’re asked to kindly review our ‘screening questionnaire’ before visiting. If you answer ‘yes’ to any of the questions within the questionnaire, you’re kindly asked to reschedule your appointment until after April 22. Please call us at (480) 684-1080 to reschedule.

Thorough Cleaning Between Appointments
Between appointments, additional time has been scheduled to thoroughly clean all surfaces and ensure each patient is entering a sterile environment.

Minimized Waiting Times
Although all magazines and toys have been removed from the waiting room for sterile reasons, processes are now in place to minimize waiting times through reduced paperwork and spaced-out scheduling of appointments

Caring for the health of Scottsdale is the number one priority and this protocol has been implemented to protect you, other patients and our staff.

If you have any questions or need any help, please call (480) 684-1080
